Out-House acquisition
·
Announced October 23, 2025, from Palo Alto. Eudia acquired Out-House, a legal services provider founded and led by Lynden Renwick, a former AmLaw 100 attorney and Fortune 500 general counsel; terms were not disclosed. Out-House, formerly Out-House Attorneys, serves Fortune 500 legal departments as an embedded extension of in-house teams, covering commercial contracting, legal operations, and outside counsel spend oversight. Renwick joined Eudia's leadership to co-lead expansion of its enterprise service lines. The two companies had already been working together for several months, integrating Eudia's platform into joint client engagements before formalizing the arrangement. The release placed the deal in a sequence of 2025 announcements: a $105 million Series A led by General Catalyst in February, the Johnson Hana acquisition in July, and the launch of Eudia Counsel in September. Omar Haroun is chief executive of Eudia. Renwick has described building Out-House after finding that existing tools were designed for law firms and retrofitted for in-house teams, and that contract lifecycle management platforms underdelivered.
