Johnson Hana acquisition
·
Announced July 8, 2025, from Palo Alto. Eudia acquired Johnson Hana, an Irish alternative legal services provider, for an undisclosed sum. The deal brought more than 300 legal professionals into Eudia, which describes the combined offering as an AI-augmented human workforce. Johnson Hana provides legal consulting in areas including data protection and compliance, serves clients including Citibank, Airbnb, and TikTok, and reported client retention above 90 percent. Eudia sells an agentic AI platform to Fortune 500 in-house legal departments, with customers including Cargill, DHL, and Duracell, and had emerged from stealth in February 2025. Omar Haroun is co-founder and chief executive; Dan Fox led Johnson Hana. Eudia stated the acquired staff would be trained in its process for capturing institutional knowledge and building client-specific systems. The transaction was the first under a roughly $75 million acquisition program, and Eudia later acquired Out-House.
