Announced September 25, 2025, from San Francisco. Crescendo said it was on track to exceed $100 million in annual recurring revenue by the end of 2025, less than two years after its founding, and reported more than 500 agentic AI customer deployments with most customers going live within weeks. The company positions itself as an AI-native contact center replacing the combination of point tools, bots, and outsourced BPOs with a single outcome-based offering, using auto-tuning AI assistants for voice, email, and chat with human specialists handling complex escalations. Customer results cited include Lovepop moving its Trustpilot rating from 3.6 to 4.4, Meister clearing a backlog of more than 1,000 tickets and resolving 67 percent of inquiries instantly, and EVPassport cutting time-to-answer from ten minutes to under 30 seconds while raising CSAT from 40 to 70 percent. The release also noted new San Francisco headquarters, planned expansion in London, New York, and Dubai alongside existing offices in Portland, Greensboro, San Pedro Sula, and Manila, and the hire of former Groq CRO Michelle Donnelly as chief revenue officer.
